About Us: The development is nestled on the banks of the lazy River Ouse.

The Meadows Property Development placement and situation has been selected for many reasons, firstly it is ideally situated right in the middle of this historical and culturally rich area.

Cambridge with its breathtaking architectural buildings and collage background, is in one direction and in the other is the historic city of Ely with its rich history, shopping centre and Thursday market throughout the centre of the city.

On a practical note it is also right in the middle of two of the largest shopping centres in this part of the world. The location of this development is also equidistant from two of the biggest Tesco stores in this area and is also easily within the home delivery catchment areas for both these establishments. Small items and sundries can be obtained from the nearby village of Stretham.

Our development with its riverside location and its secluded safe ambient environment is ideal for those individuals wanting a slower and more relaxing way of life.

A Restaurant and marina enhancing this beautiful and desirable spot still further, it is a must for someone wanting a different pace of life, in an area rich in history and culture.
